How do I get a room?

Register with your details, verify your account, then browse halls and rooms from your student dashboard. Booking a room with space available takes one click.

What happens if I have a maintenance issue?

File a report from your dashboard with a category and description. It is routed automatically to the coordinator responsible for your hall, and you can track its status until it is resolved.

Can I change rooms later?

Yes. File a "Room Change" report describing your reason, and your hostel coordinator will follow up with next steps.

Who manages the halls?

Each hall has a warden and a hostel coordinator who reviews bookings and reports for that hall, backed by an operations team that manages the wider hall and room catalogue.
